  My hand almost got scorched when I paid for the car because they grabbed the money so fast. But AFTER sales service? If I could give zero stars out of five I would.
  
  I've met two of the staff in the service department who sign the cars in and out needless to say both are very rude. The little man this morning was the limit. I had to leave and not have the work done on my car he was so obnoxious.
  
  One staff member from here relentlessly rang my mobile a couple of days ago and promised the world, only to deliver absolutely nothing. No surprise though. Yet another staff member rang my mobile on the same day but she only did it once and obviously could not be bothered following up.
  
  Just another one in a line of people here who have told me they are the manager of something or other.
  
  Edit: Mel C, you have failed in every regard of stating the facts here. A standard response seemingly for the sake of appearing to do your job is old hat.
  
  I have been through that with three of your work colleagues already and let's not forget you made NO attempt to contact me privately in the time between the service centre insult and posting here.
